The Restaurant “Tavolara” is the Resort main restaurant.
In a large living room tastefully furnished that can accommodate up to 350 seats, it offers our guests typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine with a wide variety of Italian dishes (appetizers, pasta and rice, main courses of fish and meat, sweets).
Guided by executive chef Germano Orrù, the menu includes different choices every day, prepared with great care, using local ingredients. The dishes are mostly reinterpretations of classic Sardinian cuisine, with some fusion element, always spectacular and impressive, both for the eyes and the palate.
The breakfast is served in this restaurant. Our guest can choose between a continental breakfast, American brekfast, vegetarian breakfast, spors breakfast and gluteen free products. You can always choose between a dish of sea or land, including hot and cold side dishes and refined first courses. To close the experience you’ll always have fresh fruit or, alternatively, one of the desserts prepared by our pastry chef.
