VARIOUS TYPES OF APARTMENTS:
Studio – 45.50 sq.m.
The studio is located on the ground floor, one room with double bed, sofa bed and living room, kitchen area. This apartments can accommodate up to 3 people.
One bedroom apartment – 70.00 sq.m.
These apartments are located on the ground floor or on the first floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, plus living, kitchen area with sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Small two-rooms apartment – 45.50 sq.m.
These apartments are on the first floor and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, plus living room and kitchenette. It can accommodate up to 3/4 persons.
Three rooms – 95.00 sq.m.
Three rooms apartments, located on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus living room, kitchen area with sofa bed. Overall it can accommodate up to 4/5 persons.
The holiday package includes: apartment, rent consumption, linen / towels (1 set bed and 1 bath towels per person), final cleaning and the following services:
• Swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers (from June to October);
• Tools Fitness Center hall (at times);
• Tennis green set of availability, (1 hour per day, during the day);
• Center for free swimming Swimming, at set times: until mid-June the indoor pool of 25 mt / from mid-June to mid-September outdoor Olympic swimming pool 50 meters with the possibility sunbeds and parasols;
• Internet connection;
• Parking (unattended);
• From June to September, at fixed hours: shuttle to the beach (3 km away);
• From late June to late August: entertainment and kids club (at times) for children 4-12 years.
Services with additional costs:
• Restaurant-Pizzeria “Sa Mesa”; Snack bar
• Wellness center (with 10% discount on massages and beauty treatments, not including manicures, pedicures, hair removal and combined packages);
wellness program at the preferential rate of 15 € per person (Turkish bath, Mediterranean bath, Sauna, Showers, baths with whirlpools, relax room with herbal teas – duration 1h 30 ‘) – subject to availability in the predetermined time slots and on reservation (rental mandatory slippers and towel); the entrance to the children is not allowed under the age of 16 and women who are pregnant;
• Paddle field, tennis clay courts and soccer court;
• Tennis & fitness private lessons (on reservation);
• Baby sitting service (on request);
• Hair dresser;
• Laundry;
• Excursions;
• Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach
• Car hire at preferential rates (on request, limited availability);
